30-Day Return Window

  • Unopened & unused items: eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery.

  • Opened cosmetics: due to hygiene standards, we can’t restock used product. If your item arrived damaged/defective, we’ll replace or refund—just contact us with photos.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@onlybatana.com with your order number and reason.

  2. We’ll reply with quick instructions and a return address.

  3. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method (typically 3–7 business days).

Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or a damaged jar, we’ll replace it at no cost.

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, final-sale items, and heavily used products.

Return Shipping
Customer-initiated returns may incur return postage. For defective/incorrect items, we cover it.
